I enjoyed participating in the event. We learned about many other things besides the main wild vegetables. The tempura of the wild vegetables we collected was delicious. We also learned how to cook them, which I will try next time.

This is the fourth time I have met Mr. Mizukami every year, starting with a mushroom picking tour four years ago. It is not that I have been following him, but rather that he is always there when I go to events that interest me. He has become a master of event operation, smiling and talking to all the participants, which combined with the location creates a very good atmosphere. As for the wild vegetable tour, Mr. Mizukami gave us niche knowledge that is not familiar to the general public, and we were very satisfied to taste the local cuisine prepared by the staff. I think it would be interesting to collaborate with Mr. Gu-ni Nishi-Sugiyama to offer tours that include wild vegetables in addition to mushrooms and wild vegetables. Thank you very much.

I really enjoyed the spring wild vegetable harvesting experience. If possible, I would have liked to experience more in the mountains. I would like to experience other plans (other than harvesting wild vegetables and mushrooms) if there are any. For example, how to cook wild vegetables and mushrooms (other than tempura). Or, maybe a hands-on experience of harvesting Prickly Ash or bamboo shoots.
Thank you for your participation. This tour was held in a well-maintained area because small children could participate and because wild vegetables are more abundant in sunny areas than in the woods. For next year's tour, we will consider plans such as going into the mountains in earnest and cooking wild vegetables, as you requested! We look forward to seeing you again.
